Mrs Louise Ward

For strong determination to ensure every one of her students make progress, and being invaluable in her knowledge of A-Level Literature and Language & Literature courses.

Miss Sam Dodge

Sam is very supportive when it comes to problems or dealing with particular behavioural issues. She takes her role seriously and supports other staff members when an issue occurs.  Sam is a great asset to the academy as she runs DofE, giving up her own time to ensure students have this learning opportunity outside the classroom.

Mrs Mandy Lloyd

03/06/19 – 07/06/19

Mandy she manages one of the largest teams in the academy;  the teaching assistants. She arranges the access arrangements for all students in the school for their GCSEs and also arranges who is going to read and scribe for each student during each and every one.

For giving up his time and stepping in to allow DofE to go out on the weekend.

Miss Clare Bowyer

Clare has worked tirelessly with her product design students, putting on extra revision sessions in the evenings and encouraging them to do their best. She has constantly been monitoring improvements in their written work so they can achieve their best attainable grade.

 

Miss Emilie Barr

A prime example of going above and beyond! Emilie volunteered to support students and staff for the Duke of Edinburgh’s award, giving up her time on a weekend. Straight after the weekend trip, Emilie had an external netball match to attend with her netball team, showing true dedication to students.

Judith works within Reprographics and is always friendly, welcoming, incredibly efficient and helpful with any photocopying requests. With a daily demanding workload, Judith is calm and makes light work of it all.

Shaun is a superstar Head of Year and does everything he can to support his colleagues. After receiving numerous nominations, it is clear that we all appreciate his hard work, effort and perseverance.

Always goes above and beyond for her students. She is determined to inspire her students to gain an understanding of the bigger world and some of her year 12 students have recently progressed to the next round of a national internship under her leadership and guidance.

Kelly’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. In this busy time of PPEs, Kelly works accurately to deadlines and deals will pressure impeccably. Kelly manages her team to effectively deal with any situation.
